Your Visionary Business Retreat
a women’s business retreat with empowerment and COMMUNITY at it’s heart.
Morning Yoga Practices
We start each day with a deliciously long yoga practice. You’ll be guided through a 75 min yoga practice to wake up the body and nourish the soul. The practices include intuitive movement, pranayama, meditation and a vinyasa krama yoga practice to uplifting curated music.
The sessions will be themed around the elements, each morning works on a new element and its corresponding areas of the body, from grounding, to opening the heart to fiery empowerment.
Connection & Ritual
Our retreats always include mindset practices and embodiment rituals, ceremony and circles. We open the retreat on the first evening with an intention setting ritual circle, calling in what we desire for our our time together.
This practice starts with a cacao ceremony moving into free movement guided by Pip, into a deeply heart opening manifestation ritual with vocal activation. It’s sublimely freeing and primal connecting us to our innate movement and sound.
Every retreat we close our time together with a sharing circle and manifestation ritual.
MASTERCLASSES & WORKSHOPS
Business & Brand Masterclasses
Throughout the week we will focus on realising the biggest vision that you want for your life and business and then gently guiding you to make a plan to get there. Through identifying the gap between where you are now and where you want to be, creating a strategic plan and then working on the limitations and mindset blockages that are holding you back from getting there faster.
You will also have a branding masterclass on how to create a magnetic brand, content masterclass on how to create viral content and have the opportunity to ask questions and apply all of this to your business whilst on the retreat. Setting you up to hit the ground running when you return with fresh energy, eyes and motivation.
1:1 Mentoring and Co -working Sessions
With opportunities to work ON your business instead of in it with proactive co working sessions where you can get your head down and take action.
Supported by Hannah and Pip you will get hot seat mentoring and help with whatever you are working on. Whether it's realigning your messaging, working on your website, refreshing branding or getting advice on your content and marketing. These sessions are collaborative, supportive and fun!

The Location

With wild gardens and cosy places to rest, an indoors meditation room, outdoor dining, chilling areas and a yoga platform with shade roof in the garden.
The retreat is a community of sisterhood with shared rooms (almost all twins) with 2 shared bathrooms, we will support each other in our house together, practicing karma yoga.
The beaches and nearby Atzaro Club are the perfect places to spend the afternoons, there is no pool at the villa due but wild beautiful extensive gardens.

The villa is ideally located and there are beautiful beaches in all directions a short drive away, we recommend a hire car to enjoy discovering the island. The Airport is just 25 minute's drive.
03 / Ritual Wheel
Our cacao ceremony takes places around the shamanic wheel in the garden. There’s many crystals and unique pieces in the gardens and abundant birds and butterflies.
04 / Spacious Terraces and Balconies
There’s an outdoor sofa area to chill outdoors, almost all the rooms have large terraces and balconies with incredible views, and a private roof terrace with stunning views.

Travel information
The villa is ideally located and there are beautiful beaches in all directions a short drive away, we recommend a hire car to enjoy discovering the island. The Airport is 25 minute's drive.
We advise checking your booking terms for your flight and ensure you have adequate travel insurance.
Flights start as low as £40 from London Gatwick. Flights are available across the UK and Europe and arrive at Ibiza Airport.
Transfers are not included, Taxi’s are easily found outside Ibiza Airport, no booking required. The Airport is 25mins from our Villa and cost around 35 euros.
Please check your home country and passport for visa requirements.
